Trundle Workspace is a working prototype. Features may change or disappear without notice, data may be reset, and the service may be unavailable at times. Please do not rely on it as the sole basis for booking or travelling.

What Trundle Workspace is

Trundle Workspace is an experimental travel planning tool operated by Tabibito Technologies Private Limited. It helps you organise a trip and shows suggestions drawn from Trundle's curated recommendations alongside publicly available information. By using it you accept these terms.

What Trundle Workspace is not

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer or financial services provider.
We do not sell flights, accommodation, insurance, eSIMs or currency, and we never take payment from you.
We do not hold reservations or guarantee availability. Every booking link takes you to a third party, and your contract is with them.
We do not provide legal, visa, medical or financial advice.

Estimates are estimates

Prices, flight times, hotel rates, insurance premiums, eSIM costs, carbon figures and visa details shown in Trundle Workspace are indicative. They are based on averages and curated data rather than live availability, and they may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm the real price and terms with the provider before booking anything.

Visa and entry requirements change frequently and depend on your nationality, purpose of travel and length of stay. We link to official government sources for this reason. Check them, and verify before booking.

How we might make money

Some links to airlines, hotels and travel services are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may receive a commission from that provider. It never costs you more, and it never changes what we recommend - our suggestions come from Trundle's curated data and your stated preferences, not from who pays us. Where a link is an affiliate link, we say so on the page.

Your responsibilities

Use Trundle Workspace lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer it.
Do not enter sensitive personal information such as passport numbers or payment details.
Check anything important for yourself before you act on it, particularly visas, insurance cover and travel dates.
Keep in mind your trips are saved to your browser session. Clearing your browser data may make them unreachable.

Our content and yours

Trundle's curated recommendations, editorial notes and the Trundle Workspace name and design belong to Tabibito Technologies Private Limited. You may use them for planning your own travel, not for republishing or commercial use. The trip content you create remains yours, and you can delete it at any time from your settings page.

Availability and liability

Trundle Workspace is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Because this is a prototype offered free of charge, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including missed flights, rejected visas, booking costs or travel disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
