World's First Travel Workspace™
Your whole trip.
One workspace.
Fifteen tabs, three group chats, a note on someone's phone. Trundle Workspace replaces it all - dates, stays and stops, laid out day by day.
I have no idea yet

Where to
Four countries. Properly, not casually.
We would rather know four places deeply than fifty at arm's length. Pick one and your workspace opens with our curated places already in it.

Not a chat window. Not a spreadsheet. Every day of your trip, laid out with the date it actually falls on, where you're staying, and the map pin and ticket for every stop.
- 8th Oct, 9th Oct - not just Day 1, Day 2
- A stay you enter once carries forward automatically
- Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto - each stretch of dates labelled by city

How it works
From a vague idea to an actual trip
Discover
Start with a feeling.Not a destination
Most planning tools assume you already know where you are going. Most travellers do not.
- Tell us your month, your budget, and who is coming
- Six questions, never more than three on a screen
- We only recommend the four countries we know deeply
Decide
One answer.Honestly argued
A list of fifty options is not help. We give you the one we think fits, and the reasoning behind it.
- One recommendation, plus one alternative if it is genuinely close
- Cost, flight time, season and visa laid out side by side
- If nothing fits your budget, we say so instead of stretching the numbers

Hidden gems. Not the first page of results
Every suggestion comes from Trundle’s curated database first - places our creators have actually been.
- Curated places and creator-built Bundles, credited by name
- Add a whole Bundle to a day in one tap
- Anything from a public source is labelled as such, always
Plan
The whole trip. Not just the itinerary
A day-by-day workspace, each day carrying its own date, its stay, its stops and its cost against your budget.
- Real dates, not just Day 1 / Day 2 - and city legs that label each stretch
- Google Maps and ticket links live on each stop
- Flights, hotels, visa, insurance, eSIM, currency, shopping and packing, all ticking off as you sort them
Why our answers are different
A general AI guesses. tAi looks it up.
Every recommendation is drawn from Trundle's own database of curated places across Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam - found and written up by people who have actually been there. Where a place carries a creator credit, you see it. And where our coverage is thin, we tell you, rather than filling the gap with something we cannot stand behind.
Todoroki Valley, Tokyo
“A cool green ravine inside Tokyo. Twenty minutes from Shibuya and almost no tourists.”
Aya Nakamura
Questions people ask
- Is Trundle Workspace free? Do I need an account?
- Free, and you can plan a whole trip without an account - no email, no password, no card. Sign in with your Trundle account only if you want your trips kept against your name and available on another device.
- Do you sell flights or hotels?
- No. We show you options and take you to the airline, hotel or provider to book directly. We never take payment and we never hold your reservation.
- How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
- A general AI answers from whatever it read on the internet, and it cannot tell you when it is guessing. tAi searches Trundle’s own database of curated places, shows you which creator recommended each one, and tells you plainly when our coverage is thin.
- Which countries can I plan?
- Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. We would rather cover four countries properly than fifty badly.
- Can I share a trip with the people I am travelling with?
- Yes. Create a share link from any trip and it opens as a clean, read-only itinerary - no editing controls, no personal data.
